Legal corporate structuring

The corporate legal structure is composed of two pillars; the legal structure itself which is defined as the framework in which the business activities are carried out and the content which represents all the elements that are necessary to operate a business.

An entrepreneur may choose to operate its business without a frame, it is what we call the sole proprietorship or he/she may choose a frame and this is where we find companies. In each option, there are choices that produce benefits but also responsibilities.

Moreover, when we speak of the elements found in the content, we talk about tangible assets (buildings, vehicles, equipment, furniture, etc.) and intangible assets (business name, goodwill, leases, patents, brand, licenses, etc.).

How to organize everything for maximum efficiency is the goal of this training
