12 Agility lessons

Previously, a company could be considered as centralized, hierarchical and monolithic. Today companies are much more decentralized and are composed of small units (regardless of the legal form of these units) sharing things, values and processes that allow them to move in a same direction.

Thanks to technology, each unit is interconnected and when one of them sees a change, the information is quickly shared and adaptations are almost immediate. It is within this new reality that the principles of Agility management arose.

Agility is defined as the ability of an organization to quickly deliver value and satisfaction to its customer while timely adapting and responding to environmental changes.
